About the position
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for defining and executing the strategy that will continue to build profitable growth as BioGaia becomes the global leader in research and health-oriented consumer products.
The company is exceptionally positioned in the middle of a research field that is highly vibrant and growing and will have a wide array of opportunities in terms of future directions. Going forward, it is important that the CEO sets a direction which maximizes value, creating a clear focus and strong market positions.
The CEO will have responsibility for the company and its results, and for providing strong and inspiring leadership for the organization.
The position is based at the headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
Your profile
· +10 years of experience in leadership positions in Consumer / Health
· Proven CEO / or sufficient independent P&L role of +100m EUR sized business
· Proven experience with growth and customer accountability
· International experience
· Ideally having knowledge of or experience from listed company
· Ideally understanding of life science
