Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who wants to work in a company that is striving to make an impact and change the world of home mechanical ventilation for the better.

You will be joining Breas at a very exciting stage of our journey. We have launched two new product series within our Vivo range, with a total of seven new ventilator products. These new products will help us grow globally and enable us to be our customers preferred choice within the mechanical ventilator product segment.

This exciting position is within our Finance Department based at our Breas global headquarters in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Breas Medical is owned by Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd.

Key responsibilities and tasks

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will be responsible for plan and supervise monthly close of financial books of the Breas Group including reconciliation of group balances and financial reports.

Drive consistent and effective policies and procedures for the Breas Group during monthly close and reporting process.

Ensure finance records are established according to both IFRS and local statutory accounting in a timely, accurate and complete fashion.

Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Perform financial analysis of balance sheet accounts and cash flow to ensure compliance, integrity of account balances/financial reporting and effectiveness of business processes.

Identify and interpret potential financial risks and opportunities and communicate solutions with CFO.

Work closely with the business to drive simplification processes in P&L and finance flows to gain business growth.

Research and advice on complex technical accounting issues. Provide technical accounting guidance both to the business and to the team.

Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational and transactional processes impacting the financial statements, including closing, reporting and analysis.

Work with financial auditors.

Experience you will bring

5+ years of experience in finance management

Experience in team management

Education in finance / business administration
