Do you want to join our passionate team and lead Polygiene Groups financial department with focus on both operational business and strategic development?
Due to the growth and expansion of the business the existing CFO will take another role in the company, and we need you to drive the finance team to further success.
We believe you have an obsession with numbers and to drive improvement. You will take overall responsibility of developing Polygienes financial processes and create efficient workflows for our growing group. CEO and senior Management in Malmö will be your new, close colleagues. In other words, you come to Polygiene at an incredibly exciting stage where the journey will seriously take off.

You will be the owner of all finance related procedures, internal control and structuring all finance related processes, financial systems/software for financial and operational information for the group. You will also work closely with the CEO supporting with IR presentations and activities. You will be a key player within the organization and in the Management Team in Malmö and report to CEO, Ulrika Björk.
In the role:
lead the finance team with 3 team members
manage processes of financial forecasting, budget and prepare all financial reporting
business controlling and analysis
handle audits, cash management and taxes
drive system development for ERP and BI system
be involved with board work
We offer you to work with a highly capable team! You lead Accounting Manager and Accounting assistants in Sweden and UK, external IT and your responsibility will be to drive alignment of internal procedures within Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Your profile and key competences
Maybe you have been on a similar scaleup journey as a financial manager, maybe you have been trained in one of the big companies, as an experienced business controller working closely with CFO. Or you got ready for this challenge in a completely different way.
You are a good communicator and an inspiring leader and like to work in a fastmoving environment. You have higher education el. equivalent and experience as a financial manager for example in startup/scaleup or as an experienced business controller in listed company working closely with CFO. You have experience from process-oriented operations, FMCG or industrial manufacturing and experience of leading teams.
