Tiger of Sweden is a Stockholm-based fashion house established in 1903 with a heritage in tailoring. For more than a century, Tiger of Sweden has stood for style with purpose, dressing men and women for whom true style is about the confidence to be themselves.

Tiger of Sweden is looking for a driven and experienced candidate in the premium fashion industry to act as Chief Marketing Officer, covering parental leave. The position will start as soon as possible and last at least 12 months.

The purpose of the Chief Marketing Officer is to build brand equity, elevate brand visibility, and fuel brand desirability globally most efficiently and effectively within the agreed-upon marketing budget. The closest working relationships of the role are internal with the CEO and the entire management team, including the local market commercial leaders, as well as external with agencies, press, industry opinion leaders, fashion influencers, and celebrities.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities of the Chief Marketing Officer are;

- Creating a distinctive and inspiring brand community around Tiger of Sweden on a global scale
- Setting the brand strategy for Tiger of Sweden – from defining the target customer in alignment with the CEO, commercial, product, and design functions to defining the visual identity and tone of voice of the brand in alignment with the Creative Director
- Develop break-through marketing communication and PR strategies to cut through the noise, elevate brand visibility, and build brand desirability across all touch points along the customer journey – from early funnel communication touch points to offline and online points-of-sale – to reach and exceed commercial targets
- Overseeing 360 communication materials across all owned and third-party marketing and sales channels, as well as adhering to visual identity and tone of voice guidelines
- Creating physical brand environments (e.g., showrooms, stores, concessions, shop-in-shops) which elevate the brand and inspire consumers and industry opinion leaders alike, both through the store concept as well as through visual merchandising
- Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of marketing budget allocation by setting up relevant KPI measurements and reviews, as well as taking corrective measures as needed
- Representing the brand towards external parties, e.g., fashion editors, creative agencies, influencers, industry opinion makers
- Building a high-performing, professionally working Marketing & PR team across locations, united in customer centricity, entrepreneurship, solution orientation, and fact-based decision making

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

- 10+ years' experience in Marketing & PR
- Proven track record in developing strategies & driving results for global fashion brands
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and sales channels and the latest trends/developments in digital
- Experience in managing external agencies and senior and high-profile stakeholders.
- Experience in working for a global fashion brand, preferably in the premium or luxury environment
- Available to start as soon as possible and to work for at least 12 months
