The Role
We are looking for a truly unique individual. You are a rebel at heart with an uncompromising passion for building a once-in-a-lifetime company. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the two founders of the company. You will be a central part of the organization, with a chance to get involved in everything from solving small detail-oriented operational challenges to streamlining large strategic initiatives. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Identify operational bottlenecks and supercharge productivity across the organization.
Oversee and contribute to the diverse set of platform projects in the organization by improving communication, solving problems with a sense of urgency and driving agency across the board.
Assist the CEO & COO with HR-related matters, other administrative tasks and communication with various stakeholders as a subject-matter expert in a diverse range of topics.
