Chief of Staff - Creative Play

As the Chief of Staff in the Creative Play project you’ll be a strategic and operative leader, making sure the organizational growth aligns with the product roadmap.

To accomplish this you’ll coordinate and improve procedures for optimized efficiency, productivity and decision making.

To succeed in this role we think you know your way around a creative environment. You are driven and engaged and know how to channel that drive into everyone. You also know how to scale a product focused organization for future growth.

You have the ability to handle ambiguity, making sure the best decisions are made while continuously evaluating and course correcting as needed.

Example of responsibilities

- Own project roadmap on how to achieve goals
- Lead and oversee strategic business initiatives and execute on the product strategy
- Manage, evaluate and plan for external collaborations and product opportunities
- Plan for growth - staffing connected to product plan and budget
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to organizational structure, find knowledge and skill gaps and help address them

- A creative and curious mind
- An analytical mindset and structured in your way of working
- The ability to operate on a strategic level, but have a willingness to dive into tactical and hands-on tasks as well
- Experience of building a collaborative environment in a diverse remote organization
- Experience working with external parties
- Experience working within the games industry or a similar creative environment
- Professional English communication skills.
