We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Chief of Technical Safety with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a senior leader with experience in compliance or security. The individual will be the leader of our relatively new Tech Security team and will be in charge of the team's employees.


The team of six employees works to coach and support all of the company's technical teams in IT security issues. The team assumes responsibility for safety without requesting control, and as a leader, it is critical to follow this principle.


An important personality trait is the ability to put yourself and the team aside and act in the best interests of the company as a whole.


As Tech Security Manager, you supervise a team that includes the following:
Employees are educated on security issues and awareness, for example, through the use of various security forums and security champion programmes.
Maintains and develops tools and guidelines for secure IT.
Ensures that security and vulnerability audits, as well as penetration tests, are carried out.
Establishes and executes a strategy with goals for the company's security work.
Assists with vulnerability management and takes part in compliance and security incidents.



As the leader, you will:
Conduct one-on-ones with the team.
Collaborate with Tech leaders to move security work forward.
Assist project managers on the team that runs our security programme in creating the right conditions for the programme to succeed.
Pursue team planning to ensure proper prioritisation.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Security or compliance experience is preferred.
Several years of experience in a leadership position.
Experiment with weighing multiple interests against each other.
Clear understanding of various types of risk and the ability to weigh these against cost.
