Polar Explorer tourist icebreaker is looking for a chief as a crew member. Chief is staying on board during entire season from December till Mid April.
Tasks: daily cooking for all crew members staying on board (5-6 people), cooking lunches for passengers during cruise days (30-60 people), planing menu and food purchase, shopping.
Ship is mostly staying docked and leaving for 3 h cruises 1-2 times a day on cruise days.
