What you will be doing

- Assist CEO in strategy planning and decision of company overall business direction
- Responsible for company overall operational health
- Manage IT department to support the company of IT equipments, devices and applications
- Manage BD department to explore new business and sustain existing customer account also develop of new partnership according to EU product plan
- Manage PR department to build up company branding in Europe
- Manage Indirect purchasing department to support the company with assets, tools and services purchasing
- Manage Legal department to proactive legal guidance to support the company in its growing business


Who we think you are

- Experience working in a global cross-functional organization with aptitude for business and strategy
- Strong industry knowledge in business operations, especially across functional areas including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Business Development
- ability to work in a high-growth and fast change business climates,
- strong results orientation and deadline driven with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
- self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily manage multiple project types under high working pressure
- Experience in ECARX core product portfolio
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, spoken and written
