Welcome to the People & Culture team
As our CPO you will be responsible for building our People & Culture function. You want to work in a start-up environment building a framework that encourage growth and employee development, with a strong focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging.
At GOALS, you will...
- Work with day-to-day HR operational issues such as employee relations, compensation reviews, escalated benefits issues, performance management and training
- Coach and provide advice to line management on people matters
- Be responsible for legal compliance on the HR side (Swedish labour law, work environment)
- Be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, including making sure that our values are reflected in people-oriented decisions
- Develop our alignment of Swedish employees and European employees hired by an EOR service
Ideally you have...
- 10+ years of experience in a broad role as HR manager or senior Hrbp
- Experience from leadership development facilitation
- General knowledge of all functional areas in HR (all parts in the employee life cycle)
- Demonstrated ability scaling processes and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of implementing HRIS (we will implement HiBob)
- Experience of (Swedish) labor laws and regulations
- Excellent working knowledge of compensation, benefits, employee relations, organisational development
- Experience of working in a start-up/scale-up environment
- Experience of working in a remote/hybrid context
About the Employment
The position is permanent and you can work from our Stockholm office, hybrid or fully remote from anywhere in Europe. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English.
