Do you also want to make a difference? We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product strategy and a team of 100+ people. Preferable placement is at our Växjö or Stockholm offices. Our other offices in Denmark, Germany or Norway or remote could be an option.
About the roleAs the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for leading our product management, product design, and development teams, ensuring alignment with company goals, market demands, and user needs of the Ed-Tech sector. Reporting to the COO, you will play an important role in driving innovation and culture of high performing and engagement delivering solutions that brings value to our customers.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute an overall product strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Lead cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and development, to drive product excellence and innovation.
Define product roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and user insights to optimize product performance and user experience.
Be on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
Encourage a customer-centric approach, ensuring that our products exceed customer expectations and deliver great value.
Manage technical and product resources, competence and budget to maximize efficiency and profitability, including recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews.

About youTo be the right person for this job you have several years of experience and passion for technology and education, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, industry trends, and best practices in Ed-Tech. You are passionate of new technologies and innovations, and skills to analyze and evaluate those for future needs. Competence and experience
The following skills and experience are required or highly valuable:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and/or similar experience from previous jobs.
Proven track record of leadership in product management, with several years of experience in SaaS or technology companies.
Experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or similar technical leadership role is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into product plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience of leading a culture of creativity, engagement, collaboration, and accountability.
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of SaaS business models, industry trends, and best practices.
