Nasdaqis looking for aChief Scrum Master to jointhe Nasdaq Realtime Risk & Pricing (NRTR)EngineeringTeam. NRTR is a comprehensive risk engine,thatprovides real-time exchange margin, market risk,counterparty risk and P&L services in the face of increasing regulatory scrutiny and capital compression.


Workingas a Chief Scrum Master (CSM)within the NRTR organization,youwill workacross6-7teams,takingresponsibility over improving and standardizing ouragile ways of working.TheNRTRteams worktogether towards a common goalto ensure our solutions meet customer needs; our technology must be real-time, robust and able to keep up with even the most demanding market conditions.

The opportunity to work within a highly skilled and experienced product engineering team. You willcoach, facilitate and supportcross-functional scrum teamsconsisting of Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers. AsChief Scrum Master you will mentor other Scrum Masters and work closely with management and stakeholders across the organization.


Your responsibilities:


Driveand facilitatechange to createand sustain an agile learning organization
Proactivelycoachthe teams in agile principles using an array of techniques to illustrate concepts and ways of thinking
Beonestepahead of the team in understanding theteam'scurrent impediments and bottlenecks, helping them self-identify issues
Coachthe team in making major process changes
Understand and use team dynamics concepts to createhigh-performingteams
Highlights and suggests changes to surrounding teams
Facilitate cross-team scrum meetings
Ownthecross-teamimprovement backlog
Facilitaterough work item breakdowns and estimation sessions for long term planning
Together with team SM and team PDLs, make sure the top of backlog is ready for development


We are looking for someone with:


The ability to be resilient, pushing forwardnew ideas and challenging existing structures, roles and ways of working
Servant leadership, with the ability to listen and support teams inidentifying problems,decision-makingand working collaboratively
Extensive experience working asa full-time Scrum Master
A degree with specialization inComputer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience


It would be great if you have:


Previous experience working as a Chief Scrum Master or RTE spanning over several teams
Experience delivering customizable solutionsfor different clients
