As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) you will be leading, developing, and growing an international team of Strategists and Product managers. You will be part of the company management team and report to CEO and owner Joel Rozada.

Our projects either focus on accelerating digital transformation, improving our clients' innovation efforts, or helping startups to become competitive and adapt to a more connected world. Developing and growing the team

You’ll be the direct manager of your dedicated hands-on in-house team of Strategists and Product Managers and grow the team from today 3 people to a group of fifteen. You will retain and nurture the individuals by coaching them in their careers, setting the proper compensation, and having overall personnel responsibility, making sure our people have their best working experiences of all time.

Your main responsibilities

- Developing, nurturing, and growing your team

- Securing Techno Creatives' capacity and capability within the Strategy team in order to deliver valuable products and services short and long-term.

- Making sure we have the right competencies, processes, tools, and methodologies within the Strategy team in alignment with business needs

- Acting mentor, coach, and manager for your team members as well as establishing mentorship and buddy ship within the team

- Sharing best practices within Techno Creatives to generate a learning environment




Your skills, abilities, and competencies

We are happy to consider candidates with previous experience in people management within the strategy and technology field using agile methodology and a design thinking approach.

As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you have a great portion of analytical and logical thinking. You are keen to find solutions together with your team, and define and enable intersecting collaboration across seniority, skill, and competence levels.

You care for yourself, the team, individuals, and the company showing both compassion as well as business and product insight - understanding what is driving holistic value in a profitable manner, stakeholder priorities, and alignment.

About The Techno Creatives

The Techno Creatives is a creative tech house merging strategy, design, and technology working towards our vision to be the home of disruptive innovative products and services.

As our name states, we do tech in creative ways with global companies, but that’s not all. Two cool partnerships that we’ve been working on lately; first a self-driven electric vehicle together with Baidu, which is now used in several parks in China enabling accessibility in parks. The second is a rental service for electric vessels, based on our own IoT platform Elevate, for the US market, making the boating experience accessible by disrupting the ownership model.

With offices in Gothenburg and Shenzhen, covering hardware, cloud, and software we have the ability to take full ownership from initiation to continuous product growth.
