We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team in the roles of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As CSO, you will be responsible for strategic decision-making, providing support to senior management and the tech team.
Responsibilities
Strategic Decision-Making and Decision-Making Support
Ad-hoc data analysis, macro trend monitoring, setting up overall priorities with an extensive fashion ecommerce context
Regular impact vs. effort analysis for tech backlog
OKRs & targets setup and monitoring
Overviewing, enabling, and/or following up on high-priority projects regarding Marketing, Tech, and process.
Provide oversight, enablement, and follow-up on high-priority projects related to marketing, tech, and process optimization.
Projects and workstreams may include Mobile App Development, B2B integrations, Onsite search enhancements, AB tests, platform speed initiatives, high-level talent acquisition, and sales content calendar setup.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including performance marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Affiliates, and CRM.
Implement an "Incrementality" and brand awareness approach to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Develop a medium to long-term feasible market expansion strategy to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
10+ years experience in pure fashion e-commerce players (both mono brands and marketplaces)
3+ years of experience in executive positions in senior management
A successful exit experience with a +500M USD valuation from a fashion e-comm company (IPO, Acquisition, etc.)
Past experience in running: Performance marketing, Product&Engineering, and Data Analytics departments
