TC TECH's vision is to establish the company's system as a new standard for manufacturing of advanced polymer products through nanotechnology, with excellent performance at a high production rate at low energy consumption, in consumer electronics such as screens in laptops/phones and medical technology such as microfluidics.



TC TECH is an innovative high-tech company that has developed its very own system to produce advanced plastic details. Operations are based on an IPR-protected induction technique that makes it possible to heat and cool material - rapidly and with high precision.



TC TECH has its statutory seat and head office in Stockholm (Spånga), Sweden, where also R&D operations are based. The R&D and operations team today is about 10 people.



TC TECH is a direct partner of The Scandinavian Innovation Company, Avalon Innovation, with approximately 150 engineers with focus on developing innovative products and systems that truly make a difference.



Job Description


We are searching for a superstar operations manager to join our team as CTO/COO. Coming from a leadership role at a scaling product company with a clear product strategy, you will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning TC TECHs R&D and operations to meet the demands of our customers and partners. You will lead the strategic roadmap of our product portfolio, be responsible for our Project Management Office and lead the team in creating sustainable solutions.



Role and responsibilities
The role as CTO/COO at TC TECH with operational and strategic activities include:

Member of the management and lead the technical team

Head of R&D, Operations and Project Management Office

Product ownership; Develop the product strategy and portfolio, including future product releases in alignment with the company business strategy

Build and maintain successful customer relationships and system service requirements.

Lead innovation technical business initiatives

3rd party contracts & support

Develop, review and control the budget requirements for technical system requirements ensuring alignment with business strategy

Ability to assess and develop the technical level in the company together with Avalon Innovation

Take ownership and manage technical requirements for defined project
