Chief Transformation Officer

We are looking for a Chief Transformation Officer to help us in our transformation process.
Key responsibilities
· Be a leader in our transformation process
· Work strategically within transformation
· Proactively identify, assess, and drive key business improvement opportunities
· Assess success of the SAS FORWARD cost program workstreams based on deliverables vs. commitments
· Escalate acute and potential issues
· Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support the business improvement opportunities
· Assess success of the SAS FORWARD cost program workstreams based on deliverables vs. commitments
· Escalate acute and potential issues
· Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support the TO and senior management
· Participate in various meetings, special projects, and other business activities. When relevant, support or lead transformation projects
· Prepare documentation for analysis, presentations, and meetings
· Setup and own data tracking tools to support the SAS FORWARD cost program
· Liaise with stakeholders/controllers in broadly in SAS to ensure robustness in the cost program
Competencies
• High business acumen with ability to validate and analyse complex business cases
• A data-minded approach and are attentive to details with excellent knowledge of advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
• The ability to automate data analysis, create dashboards, and other reporting tools
• The ability to clearly visualize data and communicate insights through clear visual aids
• Cross-functional awareness to understand trade-offs & impacts of projects at a holistic level
• High ambitions with a clear will to broaden your experiences within the whole company
• Excellent knowledge of advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.), including the ability to create automatic templates
Experience
• Leadership experience
• Excellent knowledge of airline business model and business drivers
• Experience from strategic and cross functional project management / leadership
• Experience building and setting up analytical tools and dashboards
• Proven track record of being able to deliver results in a complex organizational environment with multiple stakeholders
• Continuously track initiative progress, participate in business case validation, and assess the delivered projects impact on SAS overall cost/profitability targets
