Manage company digital marketing across Chinese social media platforms and marketplaces
Coordinate and execute Totême’s digital marketing efforts in China
Adapt and localize content for our Chinese social media channels and marketplaces
Distribute content in relevant formats for the different channels and platforms
Own and develop community management and customer service across all China specific channels
Manage posting and administration on the different channels
Write copy for social posts, community management, and customer service
Support with local marketing and PR activities within the market, as well as Tmall
Identify relevant user-generated content, celebrity and influencer dressing, and editorials on the Chinese social channels in real time and engage with it
Manage and evaluate content through performance tracking
Act as the companies’ market specialist, contributing with knowledge and analysis
Stay on top of trends on content, the use of the platforms, and new technologies to deliver a social experience that is exciting and in line with our story
Update communication calendar with posting schedule across all platforms
Align with with ecommerce, merchandising and PR on the plan for the Chinese social channels
Advise on formats and assets at content development stage to optimise engagement and reach
