We are looking for a Chinese speaking HR Generalist for Huawei in Stockholm (Kista). Start ASAP, permanent position with Huawei.
Huawei Technologies Sweden AB is continuously growing, with 300+ R&D engineers in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Lund. We are trailblazing the path to future 5G wireless systems with a focus on standardization, research, and pre-development.
We are looking for an HR Generalist who can help us build a strong relationship with the business team. Be familiar with business requirements. Identify problems in the business team and provide system solutions under the relevant departments.

Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the company's business strategies, corporate regulations, rules, and processes.
- Participate in corporate-level key projects of the Recruitment and Allocation Dept
- Adapt to business scenarios and design differentiated solutions to support the execution of corporate business strategies in the recruitment and allocation domain.
Skills required:
- Talent sourcing skills.
- Skills in maintaining relationships with universities.
- Experience in candidate attraction, interview assessment, hiring decision-making, offer management, etc.
- Experience in internal allocation, diversified employment, exit management, data analysis, report writing, operations, employer brand building, etc.
Professional knowledge requirements:
Basic knowledge in the HR domain and master the basic knowledge and process of talent recruitment.
Other requirements:
- Languages: Fluency in Chinese, English and good knowledge of Swedish
