Chinese Speaking Terminal Software Engineer

Responsible for planning and coding and testing work of Huawei terminal products; Responsible for cooperating with our enployees all over the world; Responsible for planning and management of new products and new versions; Develop the terminal product/solution roadmap for the next 3-5 years; Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and modify the terminal product roadmap accordingly; Competitor's technology analysis and termnial product benchmarking; Discuss terminal requirements with our client; Help our client to make testing plan; Being the interface between our headquarters in China and the Swedish branch; Make sure our terminal product could be delivered in time; Qualifications: Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology; Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans; Knowledge of Brew and CDMA protocol and C language; Detailed knowledge of local carrier business models and service management strategies; Skills/Experience: Minimum 3/4 years direct telecommunications and CDMA network sales/account management experience with a proven track record with an international telecoms equipment company; Excellent knowledge of Huawei products; Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing); Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential; Must welcome challenges; Must be self motivated and capable of working under own initiative; Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Chinese.
