About this opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Development PO in BDGS Continuous Delivery & Deployment Program (CDD). As Development PO you will be coordinating CDD Product development with 6 cross functional feature teams as well as rest of the program teams. CDD Program is designing, developing and releasing the Cloud native based SW Delivery Pipeline (CDD), which is the new CI/CD SW delivery model for both PDUs and customers NWs. CDD is executing CI/CD on both VNFS and Cloud Native products and services. CDD Product is a key enabler for BDGS Digital Transformation and how we will implement "the code that never sleeps" for our Products. If you want to work with latest and tomorrows IT practices and SW development models, as well as having an impact on Ericsson Digital transformation, this could be the position for you!

What you will do
Be a Product Development Leader helping to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have a high performing CI/CD for BDGS product development, from R&D teams all the way to customer NWs.
As a Development PO you will help coach teams and team members and foster a creative and learning culture inside CDD program.
You will work as a senior Development PO in BDGS CDD Program. As part of CDD Core team you will help ensure successful CI/CD development of CDD product.
You will drive incremental sprint development (Less model) of CDD with all program teams involved in CDD CI/CD development.
You will be a technical leader, leading improvement of Programs full Software Delivery flow according to the latest IT practices (CI/CD, DevOps and Automation).
You will continuously develop and evolve your competence in the domains Technical Leadership, CI/CD, Cloud Native and DevOps.

You will bring
Good Leadership/communication skills combined with good technical ability and interest in the area of CI/CD.
Good ability to drive and coordinate for flow optimization of work tasks and improvements.
Good ability to lead innovation and adapt and responding to change and challenges with a big “yes lets, do it”.
Be curious, open minded, collaborative team worker, perseverant and committed to the TEAM success.
Be eager to work with and learn the latest technologies and IT practices.
Good knowledge in CI/CD, Kubernetes and Containerization.
Solid knowledge in Cloud.
