What´s in it for you.
We want to create a better, greener, and more sustainable future for coming generations by ensuring that we optimize everything we do in our value chain. As head of Circularity Operations, you will play a key role in making this vision come true. To be able to reach our goals and mission we need to hire the best leaders who challenges the way we think and operate, who can bring out the best of the team and who provides a challenging and inspiring work environment.
What you will do!
You will lead two of our strategic, yet operative areas related to circular operations where the focus is to maximize the value chain from cradle to grave of batteries and other components in a vehicle.
Our global operations of Battery Centers will be one of these areas. Where the task is to make sure that we have methods and processes to repair and re-use high voltage batteries over the course of the lifecycle. You will together with the team build a footprint in the regions supporting needed capabilities. You will also work upstream with R&D and provide early strategic feedback towards our development of future battery types driving circularity and reparability.
The second area that you will lead is Component Value Retention (CVR) where the task is to think out of the box working with remanufacturing of parts & component, but also drive circularity ideas from early start in a concept phase of future cars. The CVR operations are today vital for vehicles which are no longer in production where e.g., remanufacturing is the supply of parts keeping cars on the road as new parts are no longer available.
You will set the roadmap together with the Service Operations management team and work in a cross functional collaboration to reach our vision and company targets. Another important aspect of the role is to collaborate with our affiliate brands whereas untapping the vast potential of the group, by building a strong relationship with all our sister companies.
Do you fit the profile?

You have most likely several years of experience in leading successful transformation in a large organization. You encourage new thinking in those around you and you build excitement to explore the possibilities of new ways of working. You know how to translate ideas into action, through feedback and encouragement giving your team the resources and inspiration to get the work done.
