CIM Coordinator

Vestas is a global supplier of wind energy. We design, manufacture, install and service wind turbines worldwide. The company has close to 30,000 employees and has installed wind turbines in more than 88 countries. The head office is in Aarhus, Denmark.
Dependent of the candidate can this position be located at any of our Service department within North & West. This includes Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, UK/Ireland.

Responsibilities
As a Continuous Improvement coordinator, you will be responsible for rolling out proactive Continuous Improvement cases to the local teams prepared from a technical perspective, this includes:
Prioritization of forecast for tools/spare parts
Challenge end dates for proactive Continuous Improvement cases
Support the validation of downtime with specific focus on CIM candidates
Daily communication with technicians, service planners, technical planners, and customer group
Continuous improvement, including proactive search for areas for improvement, as well as strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks


Qualifications
At the professional level, it is desired that you have:
Solid experience with technical planning or similar technical position with focus on technical specifications, documentation, and reporting
Experience and interest in optimization and improvements of workflow and processes
Technical qualified technician or engineer (e.g., mechanical, production or high voltage)
Good IT skills and experience with SAP/Salesforce or similar tools.

Work location: We are open for any candidate in or near any Vestas Office within Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland as well as The UK & Ireland.
You should expect up to 5 traveling days pr. year.
