CIO Office Coordinator – Stockholm (Sweden)
As a member of the Group Solutions & CIO Office team, the CIO Office Coordinator is a highly committed and trusted talent, looking to gain experience in supporting the operational functions of the business. In this role, you will work closely with the VP Group Solutions & CIO Office, the leadership team and various stakeholders around the world. This role is an excellent growth opportunity that combines both gaining a deep knowledge of the business and developing strong professional communication skills.
You will be part of the Group's IT organization and the service will be based at our global headquarters in Stockholm. We have a truly international environment with 70+ nationalities under one roof!
A typical day at work
As a member of the Group Solutions & CIO Office team, you will:
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Coordinate stakeholder arrangements for various meetings, including virtual
• Write and respond to communication in the right tone and brand for appropriate target groups, while including relevant stakeholders
• Attend meetings to take minutes and ensure effective recording of decisions on behalf of the VP and the management team
• Collect and create presentations and documents required by the VP to attend meetings, in accordance with Electrolux visual brand identity
• Analyze different sets of data relevant to the business
• Support in a variety of projects and initiatives on a global scale, as well as delivery of the Group Solutions & CIO Office strategy

What you will learn:
You will be able to reach a 360 degree view of what Group Solutions & CIO Office does in all its disciplines:
• A deep understanding of business processes. You will gain an insight into the strategic and operational activities of the IT organization
• The impact IT has on business outcomes
• The basics of effective business communication and stakeholder management, especially with senior stakeholders
• Event and agenda management by arranging the various regular and ad hoc meetings
• How to build your leadership skills
• How to work in a global and multicultural team both physically and virtually
Education and experience:
The service requires:
• Bachelor's degree in any academic discipline with a passion for IT.
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative, communication or project management.
• Stakeholder management, especially in multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while working effectively in a team environment
• Great problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS-Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
What you get out of the program:
• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary of SEK 25,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be $28,500 gross salary per month
