Circular operation process developer

Our purpose is making a change for future generations, by enabling circular solutions and operations with the mindset that every end there is a new beginning. We produce the Volvo Group developed Circular products and We lead the Volvo Group Circular solutions development. We support all Brands, Truck Divisions and Business Areas in the Volvo Group. The Circular Solutions organization comprises of about 800 employees in 8 locations world-wide.
To Service and repair the products are natural to Volvo Group, and to maximize the utilization of materials ones already produced the Remanufacturing program has been in place since the 1950th’s. This becomes possible with the extensive established reversed logistics and operation footprint. Recycling of materials not possible to restore is natural to us, and we are exploring to maximize these flows with more and more separation of material for even greater value and circularity. The number of circular offerings and solutions are expanding.
This is us, your new team: You will be organized in the line organization under The Reman Business Controlling and IT department. The practical work will however mostly be organized in different project initiatives related to the system and process role out.
Main activities and responsibilities:
You will in this role support the development of our current PRD process and system. You will play an important role in securing the global alignment and drive the process and the system development towards commonality where it makes sense.
We are heading into several global footprint projects so there will be many opportunities of being part of projects aiming at implementation of the existing system and process solution. You will be an instrumental part of these projects.
Your role will cover most parts of the Reman production process, including procurement, engineering, finance etc.
You will work with data analysis tools and support the Reman organization to become more fact based and digital.
Who are you?
We believe that you have a university degree and/or experience in similar tasks.
You have extensive experience and knowledge about our chosen IT solution, IFS platform described internal Reman as the Reman Solution.
You have extensive experience and knowledge about our main IT solution for Remanufacturing, IFS Applications, but preferably also about other solutions involved, i.e. SAP Financials and Volvo solutions in purchasing, product development, distribution of spare parts and return of used parts for remanufacturing.
You have experience from project management, and you possess solid English skills. To succeed in this role you need to be able to move from an overall view to the small details. You enjoy networking/communicating with different stakeholders.
You need to have a structured way of working, have a continuous improvement mindset and be a team player.
The most important is that you are eager to continuously learn and develop yourself and that you are passionate about creating a sustainable future.
