Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Citrix VDI Technician to join our team
What you will work on:
Deploy, configure, and maintain the Citrix VDI infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Citrix VDI environment and provide timely resolution.
Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to address user concerns and implement enhancements to the virtual desktop environment.
Monitor and manage the performance of Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, and other relevant technologies.
Ensure the security and compliance of the Citrix VDI environment.
Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery strategies for the VDI infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest Citrix technologies and best practices to contribute to the improvement of the virtual desktop solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users in utilizing the Citrix VDI environment effectively.

What you bring:
Proven experience as a Citrix VDI Technician or in a similar role, with a track record of successful VDI deployments and support.
In-depth knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, and other Citrix technologies.
Proficiency in configuring and managing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments.
Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols relevant to VDI.
Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
Ability to diagnose and efficiently resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and end-users.
Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities to ensure a reliable VDI environment.
Relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate/Virtualization, Citrix Certified Professional/Virtualization are considered a plus.
Must be a Swedish citizen and undergo a mandatory security check.
