Job Description
Working in the MGT Engineering group within Service Department, interfacing closely with I4 engineering departments and reconditioning suppliers, Clients, different I1 Service Regional and projects groups.

Responsible for
turbine components field experience collection, analysis and summary
turbine components repair methods initiation and follow up
leading service R&D projects related to reconditioning
feedback collection and communication with I1 and I4 and reconditioning suppliers
maintenance program support and co-ordination from reconditioning point of view
handling of the fault report connected to reconditioning issues
root cause analysis initiation
trouble shooting
internal I12 project teams training and regular update

Qualifications and skills
Engineering degree and 5 years gasturbine experience. Thorough technical knowledge in repair methods and technology, key issues driving after-market cost, availability, reliability, components lifetime.

Experience
Experience in the repair process and technology, turbine components main damage mechanisms, materials, development and design of gas turbines components, after-market and service experience, management experience.
