We are looking for a person with economic skills to a job during the summer 2018 at Samsung in Kista.
In the role as Claim Analyst you will verify, analyze and compensate customer claims of price protections, sales allowance spot, bonuses, marketing support and other discrepancies. You will maintain and improve accrual accuracy based on analysis of results. You will also decide and implement actions in order to manage optimal accruals based on customer contract terms, analysis of sales data and claims. Analyze, identify and implement process improvements within above specified areas by sales divisions and customer.
As Claim Analyst at Samsung you will be responsible for..
· Analyze and administrate the process from customer contract to compensation by considering contractual terms, order history, sales volume and old/new price lists in accordance with company guidelines.
· Identify opportunities for improvement and process development in tight cooperation with all liaisons to minimize numbers of claims.
· Optimize lead time from claim to compensation.
· Analyze accruals, balance reports, KPI reports, sales data (sell-in and sell-out).
· Maintain accrual structure for turn over based conditions.
· Decide on and implement actions to improve accrual accuracy for turn over based conditions
· Communicate condition reference numbers to colleagues in sales and to customers, in order to provide correct invoice references.
· Develop and maintain good customer relations (contacts are mainly handled via e-mail and phone) and pro-actively drive improvement of claim process with customers.
This is a consultant job. You will get an employment at Manpower and will work with Samsung in Kista. The job is expected to start beginning of June and work until mid/end of august. You will work fulltime, Monday to Friday.
Who are you?
We are looking for a student or a consultant with background from studying Master of Science in Business and Economics/Business management or something within a similar field. You have been working with similar tasks from earlier work experience.
As a person you are highly motivated, you always work for a positive team spirit and inspire colleagues around you. You are service minded but with ability to say no if needed, you are innovative and open to changes. You are able to handle and analyze numbers and data and like to identify opportunities for improvement and suitable solutions. You have great computer skills and are communicative. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and in speaking.
