Service Sweden/Finland > Customer Care Sweden/Finland > Customer Care Nordic
Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering the Nordic countries, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltics. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. The Service department is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department has an open and informal culture, where team work and good communication is the key to our success.
Responsibilities
As Claim and Insurance regulator in our Customer Care group you will report to Teamleader Customer Care and your primary responsibilities and tasks will be to:
- Setup process for handling service and component claims internally to ensure good and efficient solution for customer and Vestas.
- Build and maintain good knowledge of the customer specific contracts.
- Assist our organisation in all of Europe when customer needs to inspect parts relevant for insurance.
- Build good relations with insurance companies in Sweden and Finland.
In order to have in depth knowledge on how and what we deliver to our customers it is important to be a part of the operational team and assist on the day to day tasks, such as:
- Maintain good operational relations with all types of customers.
- Receive incoming calls, take customer requests and ensure effective communication with our planning team. Forward all other requests to the relevant department and follow up on the progress.
- Provide first level customer support to customers as well as creating service orders and other instructions to the service organization.
- Focus and contribute to the continuous improvement of both general work routines and formal procedures.
- Handle multiple fixed, daily tasks concerning customer issues. Make sure that all customer communication is handled and registered in CRM.
- Time and Material sales on existing customers.
Qualifications
We expect you to have an educational background of relevance to this work area. Most important is that you possess relevant experience from a similar position combined with strong communication, networking skills and a good business understanding.
Competencies
On a professional level you are/have:
- Prior experience from similar position
- Experience for insurance company would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of business economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Skills in Danish is an advantage
- Good skills in office administration
- High-level skills in MS Office
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
-Experience with SAP would be an advantage
