About the job
As Claims coordinator you will provide administrative project/process support for the Technical Support department. You coordinate activities between departments and/or outside parties. You are responsible for data entry of specific quality/claim related information.
Key tasks:
Claims Coordination - Secure claim is correctly filled, select Investigating person. Secure claim will be justified from a technical and financial point of view.
Support – Claim handlers, investigating persons and other claim coordinators, Sales Companies and other in issues related to quality and claims.
This is a temporary position covering for a maternity leave, with a planned startdate in early February.
What you know
We believe you have an upper high school degree or similar within technology, logistics and quality improvements. We also believe you have an interest and ability to understand technical challenges within the field.
Key skills:
* Ability to analyze and define problems.
* Ability to coordinate and follow up claims
* Capable of performing work independently.
* Strong communicative skills.
* Fluency in English, oral and written.
