Claims Coordinator to an international company

MultiMind is seeking a Claims Coordinator for one of our clients, a global actor in the FMCG industry for their nordic headquarters in Stockholm.

The role As a Claims Coordinator you are the spider in the web to investigate and solve delivery defects (claims). Your responsibilites are:

Ensure robust and clear investigation process of claims
Lead the investigation, in coordination with different areas of the supply chain organization
Monthly/weekly claims reporting Identify process improvement opportunities Create correction documents in SAP
Your profile The role requires fluent English skills. It is an advantage if you can also speak some Nordic language, like Danish or Finnish. You have good IT-skills and master Excel without problems. It is an advantage if you even have experience/education in economics.

In your work you are driven and independent, and also have the capability to handle many projects at the same time. As a person you are positive, service-minded and cooperative.
