Promote a culture of first time right
You will be part of our growing Quality department working on meeting processes and products zero defect standard at our sight in Alingsås. We develop and deliver cable accessories for high voltage AC and DC cable systems needed for the green transformation of the energy system.

In more detail, your area of responsibility will mainly include continuously facilitating and ensuring the handling and closure of customer and supplier claims. You will, through an proactive approach, reduce handling lead times, and maximize processing efficacy. Moreover, your tasks will include..
•    Customer and Supplier claims handling – providing feedback on status and progress while leading corrective and preventive actions
•    Work closely with our Quality Engineers in meeting claims handling objectives
•    Coordinate involvement of various stakeholders
•    Identify risks at earliest possible stage – draw up related corrective and preventive plans
•    Ensure external claims are processed and closed-out complying to customer and regulatory requirements

•    BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or other equally relevant field
•    At least 2 years of related experience
•    Proficient in MS Office
•    Fluent in English
Bonus points for..
•    Fluency or knowledge in other languages, especially Swedish and German
