Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Clean & Dry Room Manager to join our Skellefteå team.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Develop and execute Operational strategy for Cleanroom department with world class mindset in terms of availability and cost.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implement, manage, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
Overall responsible for development and execution of operational strategy in all Cleanroom areas.
Recruit, train and develop a world class team for validating operating all cleanroom systems
Responsible for setting strategies with purchasing for what need to be maintained internally and for which areas that should be outsourced.
Manage all cleanroom staff (custodians, technicians, engineers, shift managers etc.) and external contractors.
Create, update & control Clean room Validation Plan in different production phases
Create, update & control Clean room Calibration Plan in different production phases
Create the Protocols for the clean room operation and validation (DQ - Design Qualification, OQ – Operation Qualification & PQ – Performance Qualification)
Apply the ISO/VDA standards for the clean room operations.
We believe that you have:
Qualifications/education/experience
BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent University degree with good understanding of basic financial principles
Proven leadership in large manufacturing organizations (50+ people)
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of similar role with management and manufacturing
An example driven management of the shop floor. Resolute 5S
Capacity to move from strategic level to problem solving leader in the matter of seconds
Specific skills
Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
Working knowledge of MS Office
