You are a business service developer by heart and have a proven experience in conceptualize and develop attractive clean energy services and offers for end customers.
We are working with solution partners who provide the technology of solar, storage, heat pumps, EV charging or energy tariffs for the residential segment. What you should focus on is how we best utilize and package the existing technologies and services within the heat pump area into great customer centric value propositions. You get energized by questions like: How can Ingka leapfrog the conventional way of buying clean energy services and be relevant to many more of the many people? How can Ingka utilize our expertise and knowledge about life at home in this area? How can Ingka offer clean energy services that are affordable, simple, and available for the many people? And how can Ingka do this with a holistic view on the needs of the customer? We are well on our way with clean energy offers available in many markets and are now adding Heat pumps (HVAC solutions) to our portfolio of offerings.
We need you to have proven experience in conceptualizing and designing clean energy service offers to end-customers, you have a technical background but have moved into the business track and love to put together the customer offer and value proposition. To support you in this mission you will work closely with the rest of the dedicated clean energy business team, our partners in each of the markets, our local market teams as well as across the Ingka organization.
You have deep insight into the HVAC/Heat pump technology area and can act as a subject matter expert towards the rest of the team. You are mastering design thinking of services, have a positive mind set and good processes to support your business development work. You know how to lead a development project with co-creation across the organization where you are the business owner scoping and receiving requests. When working you have a clear structure, pay attention to detail, and have a strong finish-and-follow-up-mentality. At Ingka we are working in a changing environment where we develop as we run – so you need to be comfortable and feel motivated in such an environment.
You know how to work in a big global company, taking care of global and local needs and stakeholders. You are good at building trust and strong relationships – both internally but also externally. Big thinking is your thing – but you know how to start small and are pragmatic and patient in your approach and always pay attention to get to get the full team with you on the development journey. You are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Clean Energy Service Business Development Leader, for heat pumps, you will be responsible for developing our value propositions and offers within heat pumps. Setting the framework for the value proposition, the portfolio and the development strategy for optimization and operation of the offer.
Amongst many tasks you will:
• Lead and be responsible for development of the Heat pump offer end-to-end, including setting the roadmap, define packages, customer journey and the strategy for the service and component portfolio.
• Define and secure a competitive service offer and value proposition, meeting customer and business needs, in existing and new markets.
• Secure the business requirements for the development of the service offer and its components across the team and across Ingka functions.
• Develop quality standards and contribute to secure compliance.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert in our team within the Heat pump area, building internal and external networks.
• Lead co-development with internal and external partners in line with the business direction, IKEA values, customer needs, market situation, competitors, etc.
This role will be in Malmö, Sweden and report to the Clean Energy Business Development Manager.
