You have:
• minimum 5 years of experience with increased responsibility in business steering or finance related field
• experience in business performance management, developing and evaluating new business models
• experience from working within business navigation in a global and multinational environment
• extensive knowledge in business case evaluation and are an expert in performance measurement,
• extensive knowledge in implementing revenue models across partnerships and ecosystems
• very good knowledge of the financial industry – customer offers, data and revenue flows, and reporting
• good knowledge of regulation changes and possible impact on Ingka systems, data and revenue flows and digital set up
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Clean Energy Business (CES) Steering & Performance Leader, you are part of the CES management team and responsible to steer the CES business towards optimal performance and sustained long term growth, cost efficiency and profitability by contributing to and connecting development of business cases, business model, business performance monitoring and reporting structures, processes & tools.
You will:
• Lead development of internal and external monitoring and reporting structures, financial & performance analytic tools to ensure cost efficiency and optimal performance.
• Lead the development of business cases and business models to optimize revenue, maximizing financial viability of running business, development and deployment operations
• Be responsible for the budget & business performance processes for the area of Clean Energy Services to ensure profitability and cost efficiency
• Design and implement business models, financial projections, sales funnels, in order to overcome business challenges and optimize visibility, forecasting and business intelligence.
• Initiate and implement collaboration across the team, central functions, countries and partners to steer the business towards optimal performance and sustained long term profitable growth
• Define business performance criteria (KPIs), and support with on-time relevant reporting, business insights to ensure steering towards business goals
• Build channels of communication with other functions and/or companies supporting Clean Energy Services in order to utlize their input and information for improvements, as well as onboard them in how to calculate and understand new business models
This is a temporary assignment for 1 year with potential to extend. This role is located in Malmö. You will report to the New Retail Business Manager, Clean Energy.

Clean Energy Services (CES) is a New Retail Business Area on a mission to make clean energy more available to everyone. Providing services that individually or together can drastically reduce energy related living cost and footprint, helping customers access / generate clean energy and use it more efficiently over time.
