Cleaning Manager

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate Facility team in Skellefteå.

In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.

The Cleaning Manager will be in charge of planning cleaning actions and leading a team of cleaners. As leader of the unit you will have the opportunity to build a competent and dependable team from scratch, capable to scale Northvolt’s operations in Sweden and beyond.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare planned cleaning and allocate work.

Initiate and prioritize corrective cleaning.

Plan and budget for cleaning services.

Plan and perform service of equipment according to established requirements and standards.

Recruit and train cleaning team.

Perform quality checks and take action.

Plan, follow up and document cleaning services.

Contribute to the development of facility/maintenance budget and ensure compliance.

Focus on sustainability.

Waste handling.

Cleaning Services.

Together with the rest of the team, being a key player to develop and maintain a safe work environment.

Oversee all cleaning and ensure that work is completed on time.

Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.

Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.

Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.

Assist in planning a long-term budget.

Follow rules and regulations

Education/Experience


-
Bachelors degree (highly advantageous).

-
2 years of experience as a Cleaning Manager/Supervisor (essential).

-
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish and other languages is a plus

-
Advance computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

-
Previous experience in Cleaning service, minimum 2 years
