The Role: Client Account Manager - Hybrid
Salary: basic annual gross salary between 32-35K Euros plus benefits
Relocation package: yes, flight reimbursment, airport pick up and 5 night hotel on arrival

Our client is a Swedish company with a global presence, operating in seven different locations across the world. Their expertise lies in delivering comprehensive content moderation solutions to prominent online marketplaces, dating sites, and sharing economy services. 

The role
As a Client Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in your portfolio. You will be instrumental in driving client success by providing valuable insights, identifying upsell opportunities, and minimizing client attrition. Collaborating closely with the service delivery team, sales team, product department, and other stakeholders, you will ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and projects. Your goal will be to align client needs with contractual requirements, fostering a cohesive and consistent experience.
When issues arise within our product, you will serve as a key point of contact for both clients and colleagues, utilizing your analytical skills to identify root causes and escalate matters promptly to the relevant parties. Besides this, you will also provide support to Sales & Marketing by generating external reports and conducting analysis for prospective clients. 

The Successful Client Account Manager has:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
An additional language is a plus
Previous experience in driving customer retention and growth 
Proven project management skills, including leading technology projects and implementations.
Exceptional organizational abilities and resource allocation for project implementation.
Collaborative team player capable of working with individuals at all levels of the organization, including operations, product development, sales, and marketing.
Quick learner with the ability to make analytical decisions.
Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive "can do" attitude.

Salary, Benefits and Relocation Package
Gross annual salary between 32-35K euros. Excellent benefits which includes career opportunities with a defined ladder for progression, a private health insurance, comprehensive paid training, fun company event, possibility to work from home, 27 days holidays p/a. Relocation package include flight reimbursement up to 200 Euro plus 5 days hotel on arrival and support with finding accommodation thereafter.
