Work within a team of highly dedicated technicians who are specialists within their area of the Digital Workplace.

CEVT IT are today delivering a client platform either on hardware as a PC or as a virtual desktop managed in our Citrix environment where the user only needs an endpoint running the Citrix Workspace application. You will be a part of a team delivering different applications using Citrix technology.

You will work within all CEVT clients including CEVT PC, Linux and MAC clients, including management tools and client security application. (PC, Mac, Mobile devices

Operating system deployment, application management, software updates, keeping clients compliant in terms of settings in operating system and for applications are other key areas within your responsibility.

Education of 1st and 2nd line in advance troubleshooting in related areas are a natural part of our continuous development processes as well to reduce cases escalated to your team

Documentation and KB articles for ServiceDesk and Business to deliver solutions that fit the need of the business and the supportability from ServiceDesk. Be a key resource in projects for CEVT Digital Workplace to make CEVT Digital Workplace align with the future of IT.

CEVT IT are working in an Agile way, and according to ITIL processes to ensure compliance. Other tools used by the team where previous experience is of substantial value.

Tools used by the Client team: MDT, ConfigMgr, Intune/MEM, PowerShell, PatchMyPC, Right Click Tools

Technologies: AD, AAD, Azure

Other tech in environment: Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Ivanti (SD, Self Service, Knowledgebase, ITSM), VMware

Team work is essential

Enable other teams to operate what we implement is also essential for example creating documents with routines for ServiceDesk and second line support

Since our customers are working with innovation and development you must be curious and flexible
