1 temporary position during the summer holidays Damco Sweden plays an important role as the contact point for our customers on a daily basis to deliver what our customers expect from us.Co-operation within the team and with other departments is vital as well as keeping a high level of quality in the tasks performed. The Customer Service department in Stockholm consists of 9 motivated and internationally oriented client coordinators.Together we provide world class customer service to all Damco customers.We are looking to strengthen the department during the summer months and are therefore looking for 1 summer-temp.The work will mainly be focused on administrative tasks such as sending arrival notices to client, invoicing and handling of supplier invoices.Approximate timing is from early June until early August, but can be discussed. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Working experience as an administrative or accounting assistant Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries Good IT skills (work experience in SAP is an advantage) Good communication skills Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
