Maersk Logistics Customer Service has an important role as the contact party for our customers on daily basis, to deliver what our customers expect from their cooperation with Maersk Logistics. Customer service handles shipments from A to Z, including arranging transport-documents and issue invoices. The department also assists with issue-resolution and freight collections. Co-operation within and with other departments and keeping high quality of the tasks performed is also vital for Customer Service. The Customer Services department in Gothenburg consists of approximately 25 motivated and internationally oriented employees. Together we provide world class customer services to all Maersk Logistics customers, both for Import and Export shipments. We need to strengthen our team up to end of February 2007 on our supplier invoice handling in SAP and we would like to see Your application. Client Coordinator. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: - Working experience in the shipping industry - Experience from import/export logistics - Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries - Good IT skills - Good communication skills - Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
