Seago Line was established in 2011 as an addition to the Maersk Liner Business. As part of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, Seago Line is serving the European and Mediterranean containerized markets. The company is a stand-alone legal entity and operates as a fully independent business unit. Seago Line employs 450 colleagues in more than 25 countries throughout the region, has its headquarters in Copenhagen, and operates more than 70 vessels.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering world class Customer Service, based on solid understanding of the customer. We expect you to build and develop a solid customer experience enabling Seago Line to grow even further
- Take ownership for the whole shipment lifecycle process (sales support, customer service import & export), including cross-functional coordination and proactive handling of service issues
- Work with continuous process improvements on customer and process level and take part in cross functional discussions, aiming to improve our routines and processes and to be visible in the organisation
- Contributing towards achieving the volume targets for Seago Line Scandinavia
- Contributing to a good team spirit
- Creating synergies and best practice sharing by ongoing communication with the different Scandinavian teams, operations and finance, as well as with the Global Service Centre and other Seago Line offices
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is customer focused, service-minded and driven by delivering excellent customer service. Besides some years of experience from the frontline, we value excellent communication skills, and enjoying the interaction with customers and colleagues in different countries. You are able to take on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and strive to deliver excellence in the details. The aim is to create a world class customer experience through great service, a commercial understanding, and a positive attitude.
We are looking for a customer facing individual open to change and challenges in the exciting environment an international shipping company provides, and with the ability to take on tasks in a positive and can-do spirit.
You should have some years of experience with preferably customer service. A university degree or other higher education is also preferred. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is required.
