CUSTOMER SERVICE MAERSK LOGISTICS, STOCKHOLM Local Position. Maersk Logistics Customer Service has an important role as the contact party for our customers on a daily basis to deliver what our customers expect from us.Co-operation within the team and with other departments is vital as well as keeping a high level of quality in the tasks performed. The Customer Service department in Stockholm consists of approx 15 motivated and internationally oriented client coordinators.Together we provide world class customer service to all Maersk Logistics customers.We are looking for a new team member in the position as client coordinator and would like to see Your application for our vacant position. Client Coordinator The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: - Working experience in the shipping industry - Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries - Good IT skills (knowledge in SAP and MODS is an advantage) - Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.- Good communication skills.
