Your main objective is to always support and provide customers with tremendous value. The position encompasses a broad variety of tasks, administration, customer service and content curating. You will learn and eventually manage all aspects of customer relationship and play a crucial part in the development and the future success of the company.

Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers
- Customer support via e-mail and phone
- Recommend and develop product improvements based on your daily feedback from customers
- Evaluating management articles, videos and podcasts for quality and fit daily.
- Adding content to S4K’s service through a content management system
