Maersk Sverige AB is a subsidiary to the danish A.P Möller-Maersk which is one of the largest liner shipping companies in the world and has more than 80 000 employees.Our Nordic head office is placed in Gothenburg.

Client coordinators

We are looking for 4 new employees for our Customer Service Department, both import and export.Customer Service handles shipment-bookings virtually from A to Z, including arranging transport-document and issue invoices.The department also assists with issue-resolution and freight collections.Co-operation with other departments and keeping high quality of the tasks performed is also vital for Customer Service.

The Swedish Customer Services department consists of approximately 50 dynamic, motivated and internationally oriented employees.We now need to strengthen our department with client coordinators.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
* Working experience in the shipping industry
* Experience from import/export logistics
* Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries
* Good IT skills
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
A degree in Transport and/or Logistics is an advantage.

You will be working at our office at Sydatlanten in Gothenburg, initially in a temporary position (3-6months) with good opportunities for a permanent position.

In April 2006, Maersk Sverige will move to a new office at Mölndalsvägen, Gothenburg.
