Maersk Line's customer service handles shipment-bookings virtually from A to Z, including arranging transport-documents and issue invoices.The department also assists with issue-resolution and freight collections.Keeping high quality of the tasks performed is vital for Customer Service.The Swedish Customer Services department consists of approximately 70 dynamic, motivated and internationally oriented employees. We now need to strengthen our department with Client Coordinators. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: - Working experience in the shipping industry - Experience from import/export logistics - Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries - Good IT skills - Good skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing - A degree in Transport and/or Logistics is seen as an advantage We expect You to: - Have the ambition to do a superior job and have the ability to handle high volume of work in excellent co-operation with customers and colleagues - Have the desire and ability to take on responsibility and hence deliver what we promise to our external and internal customers - Have sense of urgency, initiative and independent competitive drive to get things done - Have an outstanding attention to details - Appreciate teamwork and be service minded - Be innovative You will be working at our new office at Mölndalsvägen, located in the centre of Gothenburg.The office is also Maersk Nordic, Baltic & Russia Area head-office and the site holds over 300 employees.
