Description
To set processes and architecture, including Roadmap for our clients and management environment.
Our customer have today an ever growing and changing Client (Windows Mac and Linux) environment. The Clients are used in a variety of teams such as office users, software development, design, and field testing this of course puts special demands on the client platforms and it´s usability. The Client environments are fundamental for the success and put high demands on IT to support this environment. The CLIENT IT Architect will focus on the IT environment that operates the clients such as SCCM, Landscape and JAMF, including client hardware, Infrastructure and compliance to Security, Crypto of local data, Security patching and versioning.
Tasks
• Define the technical concepts that should be implemented in platforms.
• Set the technical product roadmap together with IT CLIENT Product Owner.
• Set processes and policies to keep Client compliant to security standards set by the Information Security Department.
• Set Processes for managing and ordering Client services and runtime deliverables. Enable automation to ensure best efficiency.
• Create and align process and technical solution for Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Define needed roles for runtime operations and support. Identify gaps in current organization.
• Create documentation and KB articles for the ITSM tool
• Technical Client IT concepts for implementation documented
• Technical roadmap to implement the enhanced IT solutions, services and deliverables connected to Client management.
• Documented way of working within IT and Client team
• Documented solutions, including Hardware matrix, and support articles in ITSM tool
• Ordering process of services and deliverables implemented in ITSM tool
• Documented and established support structure
• Resource matrix to describe roles and FTE need in runtime support and maintenance.
Qualifications
• Deep Technical knowledge within IT Client infrastructure and IT security Client Strategy.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience of setting Technical roadmap and standards.• Excellent documentation skills
• Used to work with knowledge articles and documentation in ITSM tools
• Experience of similar tasks and to set up work in agile processes
• Used to work Agile in JIRA
