Responsibilities

As Client Operations Specialist you will retain and expand clients in the Nordics through workshops and ROIs to help our clients understand the value of Benify. You will work closely with Client Success and ensure the team is well equipped with material, tools and processes to allow effective client management.

You will for example:

- Analyze data, conduct pre-studies/ROI analysis and assist with client-specific renewals

- Prepare and conduct client workshops and demonstrate value and ROI

- Coordinate and manage Client Success-related projects and processes

- Gather, select and present relevant data for stakeholders

- Develop standardized presentation materials, templates as well as review and update renewal standards to reflect client needs

- Share knowledge and best practice with the team regarding ROI, renewal standards, engagement, product knowledge, competitor analysis etc.

Personal attributes

We’re looking for an analytical person who can easily understand and make relevant conclusions from data and present them in an educational way. You are trustworthy, communicative and feel confident giving presentations and workshops for C-level stakeholders. Furthermore, you are business-minded and curious about monitoring the Benefits, Employer Branding and Communications market to identify improvements. As the role involves to challenge current processes and collecting the data needed, you also need to be independent as well as fostering a collaborative environment in the team and cross-functionally.

We see that you have:

- Minimum a bachelor's degree in business or similar field
- At least 1-2 years of experience within Commercial Operations, Consulting, Client Success, Account Management or Business Development

- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken

- Very good skills in PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel


It's a ⭐, thus not a requirement if you also have..

- Experience in Client- or Sales Enablement

- Experience creating and carrying out workshops with clients

- Experience or very good knowledge of the SaaS business model

Practical information

Extent: Full-time, 100%
Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö.
