We are now looking for a Client Partner to join us, who will target one or several of our important customers within the manufacturing industry, who are headquartered in Sweden. The role is based in Stockholm and travel across Nordic region, and to India will be required.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Customer Relationship Management:
Overall accountable for P&L and account growth (incl. delivery and sales targets for the portfolio).
Manage the overall client relationship to establish, manage and meet quality objectives, service level expectations, compliance requirements, and to align the delivery of services with client expectations/requirements.
Respond to RFPs and review and formalize proposals and contracts
Expand our customer specific knowledge to add even more value to TCS offerings for the specific customer
Engage with customer and delivery teams, to ensure overall deliverables & governance
Supervision and ownership of both onsite and offshore delivery team.



People Management
Coordination with TCS associates towards creating comprehensive solutions for the customer
Manage TCS associates’ expectations and fulfill supervisor responsibilities



Business Development
Responsibility to identify new business opportunities in the concerned business area as well as nurture, coordinate the overall program management



YOUR PROFILE
Experience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies
Ability to work with diverse internal teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones.
Ability to manage multi-cultural teams
Prior experience of leading manufacturing engagements (incl. A good understanding of processes & IT services solutions in the Nordic retail market,)
Skills knowledge about Microsoft Technologies, Oracle DB, Testing - including Selenium Testing expertise is a definite plus.



We also expect you to have at least 10-15 years of work experience in the following:
IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery,
Business development and creating GTM strategy
CXO level client relationship management
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
