We are seeking a driven and service-minded Client Relation Representative with outstanding account manager skills to provide a premium level of client satisfaction at all times.
This full-time position will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to the Operations Manager Customer Service & Logistics.
In this role you will work within the Customer Team, the face of Hem, handling daily communications both externally and internally, while at the same time learning about different aspects of e-commerce, furniture and the design business.
You will be responsible for customer related tasks such as:
You are the face of Hem. With this in mind, passion for our brand and a constant hunger to gain knowledge of our product range and understand our processes, are essential
You will be working directly with our B2B clients; to include international dealers, interior designers and retailers. With this in mind, it is crucial that you have a natural confidence in negotiating with key decision makers, from our high profile partners
Maintaining and ensuring that all B2B accounts are inspired, by being kept up-to-date with new product launches and key changes, resulting in repeat orders
Taking ownership over client projects and complaints, making sure they are resolved in time and within the given guidelines
You will be working closely with Finance and Logistics, to co-ordinate an organised operation
Meet and exceed set targets, with an update and report to the Customer Operations Manager on a regular basis

Qualifications and requirements:
Outstanding account manager skills, who is naturally talented in ensuring a premium level of customer service, both on the phone and via e-mail
At least 1 year work experience within e-commerce, customer service, retail and/or a creative industry is required
Experience working for a Design/high-end brand is preferred - passion for interiors and product is a must
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Other language skills are highly merited
Self-starting, reliable, focussed and flexible
Great team player
Strong organizational skills, with a great attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook
Experience in working with ERP and CRM systems
Service-oriented, with an instinctive understanding of customer needs
You are a “doer” and don't mind getting your hands dirty in a highly entrepreneurial environment
