Job description
Do you have scientific knowledge and experience from a client service role with contract sales? Do you enjoy being in a coordinating role with many internal and external contacts? The world’s best liquid handling and automation company are now looking to recruit a Client Service Coordinator to further strengthen their growing Nordic team! The role is a permanent position at Hamilton Robotics with placement in Kista. The starting date will be determined with the right candidate. 

Responsibilities
As Client Service Coordinator you will be responsible for developing the client contract business sales in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. This will include client contacts, contract sales and administration. You will provide support to the clients by offering the best solution in regards to their service contracts. You will build and maintain the client relationships and ensure that both client requirements and organisational service targets are met. You will work in close cooperation with the field service team, the application support team and the sales department, where you will provide support in different administrative tasks and in questions related to service quotes and tenders. 

Main Responsibilities and key tasks include: 
• Offer preparation with follow-up, negotiation and closing 
• Close exchange with 3rd party service providers
• Support sales with service quotes and tender questions
• Support of the field service team in administrative activities
• Responsible for internal and external warehouse (Dream logistic), including shipment and follow up
• Handling of Hamilton RMA process 
• Approve service reports, verify against contracts/warranties
• Handling incoming support calls
• Creating and handling reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and maintaining the system. 

Qualifications
• Degree within Life Science or relevant technical background and/or education
• Minimum of 1 year industry experience or related customer service experience required
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing
• Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language, in addition to English, both verbal and in writing
• Previous experience in a service coordinator role and experience in “Contract Selling” is highly meritorious
