We are looking for a driven and responsible person to be a part of our fast growing team at Cint. Cint is a young innovative software company that creates market leading and revolutionizing products for the online market research industry. We are today 80 persons in 7 countries with our head quarters in Stockholm, Sweden and offices in Europe, USA and Australia. Job description: As a Client Service Support Manager at Cint, you would be part of setting up a Client Service Center or Client Help Desk and work both individually as well part of a team. You would be making sure that our clients get fast attention and have a smooth experience working in our survey software. You would have direct communication with both internal and external clients and end users that use different parts of our platform. Report bugs, new processes and suggest and build new features to the platform. Initially you would help us build up the team and the working process for the Client Service Team. You would also contribute to ongoing systems and process improvements. Minimum Required Qualifications/Skills: To join our team, you must be a team player, analytical, and very well-organized and possess: -Excellent problem solving, time management and reasoning skills -Logical thinking and basic knowledge of web based systems -Attention to detail and follow up -Excellent communication and written skills -Ability to work under pressure -Significant experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -General interest in market research and online solutions. -Fluent in English Other Useful Qualifications The following experience and skills will be considered in your application: Experience or coursework in support for web based systems and/or market research.
